Job Description:
In collaboration with the Director of Operations, the individual manages, coaches and oversees a work team. Manages documents relevant to preparation and loading. Submits productivity and efficiency reports for his work team and is responsible for the accuracy of preparing orders within the required time.

Profile sought:
-Experience in people management;
-Experience in the food industry;
-Good knowledge in the management of goods and food products;
-Analytical skills, rigour, problem solving skills;
-Leadership of recognized competence;
-Be responsible, dynamic and determined
-Demonstrate autonomy and versatility;
-Demonstrated ability for individual and team coaching;
-Good communication.
