Description of duties and responsibilities:
In collaboration with the Branch, the individual leads and coordinates the team and all accounting and human resources activities and services. Supervises and manages planning, develops and implements monitoring and control tools relevant to the proper administrative functioning. Writes reports and briefings. Collaborates in the company’s strategic planning by participating in the executive committee. Proposes continuous improvement measures. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. Support the General Management in various business development issues.

Requirements:

Hold a bachelor’s degree in Administration;
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience;
Engaging leadership and positive attitude;
Excellent organizational skills;
Thoroughness and thoroughness in all tasks;
Self-starter, good problem solving skills, focus on results;
Ethics and professional integrity;
Ability to work under pressure and maintain priorities;
Negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
Ability to manage a small team;
Relationship and communication skills;
Good oral and written knowledge of French;
Have knowledge of English.
